At Mecca Dental, we specialize in providing cutting-edge dental implant solutions. With a focus on innovative techniques and advanced technology, we are dedicated to restoring your smile with dental implants that feel and function like natural teeth. Our team is here to guide you through every step of the implant process, ensuring a comfortable and supportive experience.
Dental implants are an excellent solution for replacing missing teeth. Unlike dentures or bridges, implants provide a stable and durable foundation for replacement teeth, preserving jawbone health and maintaining the structure of your face. They are designed to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth, enhancing both the function and appearance of your smile, and improving your overall quality of life.

Hybrid dentures, also known as All-on-X, involve placing a series of implants to support a full arch of teeth. This fixed solution offers a more permanent and natural-feeling alternative to traditional dentures.
Teeth in a Day refers to the immediate loading of a temporary prosthesis on the same day as the All-on-X implant surgery. This allows patients to leave the office with a full set of functional, temporary teeth while they heal from the implant surgery. Once the patient has fully healed and the implants have successfully integrated with the bone, a final full-zirconia, hybrid denture is fabricated and delivered.
A single implant involves surgically placing, into the edentulous space on the jawbone, an individual titanium post, which then fuses with the bone to support a crown. This procedure is ideal for replacing one missing tooth to restore its function and appearance.
Multi-implant procedures involve surgically placing several implants to support a dental bridge. This is an effective solution for replacing multiple adjacent missing teeth, offering more stability and a natural look compared to traditional bridges. The first benefit of getting an implant-supported bridge versus a traditional bridge is that the implant bridge does not require additional teeth to be shaved down to serve as anchors. The second benefit is that since the implant bridge is anchored in the bone via implants, it provides a more natural bite and superior aesthetic results.
Implant over dentures, or snap-in dentures, combine the stability of surgically-placed dental implants with the convenience of removable dentures. They snap onto implants for a more secure and stable fit, offering a more enhanced function. Compared to traditional dentures, the implant-over-denture design is significantly slimmer with less acrylic in the mouth, giving a less bulky feel and allowing for a more comfortable fit.
Immediate temporization of anterior implants involves placing a temporary crown on the same day as the implant surgery, providing immediate aesthetic benefits to patients while they heal from the implant surgery. Once the patient has fully healed and the implant(s) have successfully integrated with the bone, the final full-zirconia crown(s) are fabricated and delivered. One of the main benefits of immediate temporization for anterior teeth is that we can achieve optimal aesthetic outcomes by preserving the natural architecture of the underlying bone structure and gumline.
L-PRF involves drawing the patient’s blood and using a concentration of their own platelets to enhance healing and bone growth around the implant. This natural approach promotes faster and more efficient healing.
Implant hybrids, or All-on-X, use several strategically placed surgical implants to support a full arch of fixed, prosthetic teeth. This solution is ideal for patients who prefer their dentures to be permanently fixed, rather than the traditional removable dentures. Implant-Hybrid Dentures are the closest to the natural dentition of all the available prosthetics. Most patients who have Implant-Hybrid Dentures describe it as feeling like they have their natural teeth back. Because the implant-hybrid dentures are supported by the jaw bone via implants, patients that undergo this treatment are able to eat steak and bite into apples with their front teeth.
Ridge augmentation and ridge splitting are surgical techniques used to rebuild or reshape the jawbone where bone loss has occurred. These procedures are essential for patients who need implants but lack sufficient bone structure. Ridge augmentation is a surgical technique used to grow bone by the use of various bone graft materials and L-PRF to achieve proper bone volume for implant placement. The grafted site is allowed to heal for 5-6 months before implants are surgically placed. In some cases, ridge augmentation and implant placement can be done simultaneously. Ridge splitting is a surgical procedure performed when there is inadequate bone width present at the site where implants are to be placed. Advanced surgical techniques with specialized instruments are used to precisely split the ridge in half, and the two sides are carefully pried apart until adequate width is obtained. Implants are then immediately placed, and the entire site is filled with bone graft material and closed with sutures. The final implant prosthesis is fabricated and delivered after the site has fully healed and the implant has fully integrated with the bone. The healing process generally takes 5-6 months.
Vertical sinus lifts may be necessary when there is slight deficiency in vertical bone volume in the upper jaw, for implant placement. Using specialized instruments, we gently elevate the sinus floor and place bone graft material through the surgically-prepared implant site. This technique often allows for immediate implant placement, reducing overall treatment time.
Bone grafting around newly placed implants is performed when additional bone mass is needed to support the implant. Additionally, when implants are surgically placed, there is almost always some bone resorption that takes place during the healing process. As such, placing bone graft material, along with the implants, helps ensure the longevity and stability of the implant.
Lateral Sinus Lifts are procedures performed on the maxilla that has severely inadequate bone for implant placement. It is a surgical procedure that uses advanced surgical techniques to enter the sinus from the side and safely elevate the sinus membrane creating space for placing bone grafting material. The site is then left to heal for 4-5 months before placing implants, allowing for successful dental implant placement in the upper jaw.
